Vibro Corp designs and manufactures the VC 100 and VC 2.1 crusher mills. Instead of compressing rock, they fracture ore along its natural micro-cracks with vibrational kinetic energy — reaching a 40:1 reduction ratio at just 2.5 kWh/t, and liberating the precious metals that conventional circuits leave locked in the stone.
The crusher mill uses an adjustable, counterweighted rotating club driven off-centre, so increasing shaft speed induces vibration. That kinetic energy fractures ore on its micro-cracks — producing fine, cubical particles and substantial mineral liberation that compression crushing can't match.
A patented process. Chains of particle-to-particle impulse forces break ore on its natural micro-cracks rather than by compression.
Real-time oil pressure and tonnage per minute / hour / month / year, plus exception messages explaining any stoppage — on a phone app.
Operation ceases if oil pressure is out of range or feed runs out, and restarts easily under load.
Side windows allow suction of 75-micron fines — raising recovery and effective reduction ratio — and access if tramp metal enters.
Twelve rubber shock-absorbers substantially eliminate vibration, allowing mounting on a light concrete slab with no heavy foundation.
Accepts up to 10% moisture for dust suppression — double a conventional crusher's 4% — with no clogging at high revolutions.
